Refund policy

Return/Exchanges will be accepted up to 30 days after delivery. Only items purchased from Thunder Road Harley-Davidson are accepted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where exchanges or in-store credit will not be granted (if applicable):

  • Items without their original tags attached.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged or available for in-store credit.  Sale items cannot be exchanged or available for in-store credit.
